My experience with Buick GMC was incredible. They don’t push you to buy if you’re not ready or if you’re not satisfied, they take time they explain any questions you have with the Discount. They try to do as much as they are allowed to do so I’m very, very satisfied with my purchase with this company and you will too if you plan to get a car😊 PS ask for Janah!!

Experience was good. I came for service for an oil change and tire rotation for $89.00. My receipt denoted that oil change was done but it specifically did not denote that the tire rotation was done. When I asked the service advisor he said that it was as part of the offer. I believe if it was completed it should have been denoted on the service invoice that it was completed. After I left I checked my tire pressure and the left passenger side tire pressure was at 30 PSI. Don't know if they check tire pressure with a rotation but two front were at 35 PSI and the right passenger was at 33 PSI.

Good communication

Amazing. Unlike in most service depts., the tone is subdued, people are not on edge or frazzled, hence service is a pleasant exchange of conversation and info between customer and employee/manager. People were very attentive and accommodating to my requests and went out of their way to make sure every detail was taken care of. Couldn't be any better anywhere!!
