Dropped my car off earlier than the appointment and for a routine oil change, it still took over 5 hours

The guys at the service center are always pleasant and they explain everything in clear and precise details.

Excellent attention

Had a great experience at the North Bergen dealership. I brought in my car to discuss a few issues, and everything was thoroughly checked within a day. Even though some of the repairs were covered under warranty, I was treated with genuine respect and care throughout the process. A special shoutout to Julian at the service desk for his excellent communication and support from start to finish.

I had an incredible experience at this dealership. They went above and beyond to ensure that I left the lot with the vehicle I desired. I left feeling like I had formed a new family.

Very good

Needed emergency repair on tire. Maintenance was quick to accommodate me right away!! They were all great to deal with as always.

Prompt service and attentive staff.

Not very happy. I won’t go back to get service. Unless is on the warranty

I am very pleased with the service. Will come back for any future help.
