Good communication

Amazing. Unlike in most service depts., the tone is subdued, people are not on edge or frazzled, hence service is a pleasant exchange of conversation and info between customer and employee/manager. People were very attentive and accommodating to my requests and went out of their way to make sure every detail was taken care of. Couldn't be any better anywhere!!

Quick, well done work and great reps at the front desk

The service team was great. My only issue was when the necessary parts were ordered, only part of the order request was completed which cause me to come back for another appointment to complete the service. That was an inconvenience that wasn't necessary. Had to take more time off of work which compromised my job. I know things happen but that wasn't a little thing.

Went in for my standard oil change, tire rotation, and to get a sound checked out on my Blazer. I can’t remember the guys name at the service desk but he helped me understand everything and talked to my dad since I’m not the most knowledgeable about car things. I joked and said I’m just a girl but he made sure I understood every charge and recommendation for my Blazer every step of the way. He was very helpful and he made a 2 day visit which could’ve been a pain actually enjoyable. Appreciate his attention and care to my situation and making sure everything was taken care of.
