Dropped my car off earlier than the appointment and for a routine oil change, it still took over 5 hours

Excellent attention

Had a great experience at the North Bergen dealership. I brought in my car to discuss a few issues, and everything was thoroughly checked within a day. Even though some of the repairs were covered under warranty, I was treated with genuine respect and care throughout the process. A special shoutout to Julian at the service desk for his excellent communication and support from start to finish.

Needed emergency repair on tire. Maintenance was quick to accommodate me right away!! They were all great to deal with as always.
